Coach Myles Holmes is entering his 1st season as the Defensive Backs coach and 3rd season overall at CCSF. Coach Holmes has worked primarily with Cornerbacks. In his second season at CCSF Holmes started working more with Safeties and Nickel positions. He is also an assistant coach on special teams with kickoff and punt returners. Coach Holmes also leads the Rams out every game with Pregame Dynamic Stretch.

In Coach Holmes’ two seasons as the Assistant Defensive Backs coach, CCSF defensive backs have earned 8 Division 1 scholarships and a total of (number) scholarships to 4-year schools. In addition, Coach Holmes’ has coached (Number) (All-american/Conference &/or NFL/professional players).

Coach Holmes played for Jefferson High school in Daly City and junior college for City College of San Francisco before earning a scholarship to the University of Rhode Island. At Rhode Island, Holmes earned 1st Team All Conference Honors at Defensive Back & Kick Returner and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations. Coach Holmes still holds URI records Longest Kick Return (100 yards) against Maine 10/25/2014 and most Pass Deflections in a single game (4) 10/3/2015.

A Bay Area native, Coach Holmes was raised in San Francisco and currently resides in Daly City.
