Fale Malepeai is an assistant coach at City College of San Francisco, entering his fourth season with the program. A native of South San Francisco, Malepeai plays a key role on the Rams’ staff, with responsibilities that include recruiting, scouting, film breakdown, and player skill development.

Before joining CCSF, Malepeai built a strong reputation as a player development coach, working with athletes across multiple levels of basketball. He has contributed to the growth of players in the NBA by supporting development with the Warriors, Kings, Nets, and Suns, among others—as well as athletes competing in the NBA G League, overseas professional leagues, and throughout the NCAA from Division I to NAIA. He has also organized and led NBA Pre-Draft workouts and summer clinics throughout the Bay Area, further expanding his impact on rising talent.

Malepeai holds two Associate Degrees, one in Business Administration and another in Liberal Arts, and is currently completing his Bachelor’s Degree in General Business at San Diego State University. His experience, dedication, and player-focused approach continue to strengthen the tradition of excellence at City College of San Francisco.
