CCSF hoops teams earn wins in first conference games of season

City College of San Francisco’s men’s basketball team continued its impressive play into its conference schedule by winning its first two games last week.

Sophomore forward Kendall McIntosh led the Rams to a 111-61 win over Chabot College, where he scored 14 points (7-for-8 from the field), with six rebound, three blocks and a steal.

Against Skyline College on Friday, freshman reserve guard Adrian Rico logged 24 points in a 90-70 win.

The two wins move CCSF to 17-1 overall as the Rams will play next at Canada this Friday.

Not to be outdone, the CCSF women’s basketball team won its first two games of Coast-North Conference play with a pair of wins.

Freshman Destiny Kelly scored 39 points in a 86-79 win over Chabot. She scored another 26 against Skyline one Friday.

The Rams are now 15-3 and play next at College of San Mateo this Friday.
